Optimization of Dosage of Flyash for the Management of Nematode Fungal Disease Complex of Tomato
Abstract
Experimentswere conducted under controlled and field conditions to optimize the dosage offlyash for the management of nematode fungal disease complex involving Meloidgyne incognita and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici in tomato and its effects onother soil biota. The study revealed that the dosage of 12.5 Mg flyash perhectare is the optimum dosage for the management of nematode fungal disease complexof tomato and it has no adverse effect on other soil biota viz., non parasitic nematodes, bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes.
