Journal introduces Publication Fees

 

Effective 2013, all authors will be required to pay a minimum Publication Fee of US$ 50 per article, unless all authors of a paper residing in India are Members of the NIE. Further, in all cases, the authors will be required to pay about 40% of the cost of printing colour plates. However, the NIE may reduce or waive the charges in rare cases only for which the authors should make a request giving proper justification. The papers will be processed without waiting for the Publication Fees but will not be published unless the payment has been received or waived.

Manuscripts will be published, with pagination, on line soon after their acceptance without waiting for an issue to be completed. We hope an average turnover time of 3-5 months between submission and publication, if the guidelines are followed strictly.
